By registering for the free workshop or enrolling in any program offered by Data Image Training Institute ("Data Image", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or enroll.
Registration for the free workshop is subject to seat availability. Data Image reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified via WhatsApp and offered an alternative date.
Enrollment in the full 8-week Data Engineering Program is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Batch dates are subject to minimum enrollment requirements. If a batch does not meet the minimum enrollment, students will be offered placement in the next available batch.
All course materials, videos, PDFs, presentations, and content shared during the workshop or program are the intellectual property of Data Image Training Institute. You may not:
All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior during sessions. Data Image reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct without a refund.
Data Image provides career guidance, internship letters, resume support, and interview preparation. Placement outcomes depend on individual student effort, market conditions, and profile suitability. Data Image does not guarantee specific job placement or salary outcomes.
Course pricing is subject to change at any time. The Rs.11,999 special batch price is valid only for the batches specified on the workshop registration page. Enrolled students will not be affected by any subsequent price changes.
Data Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop or program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
