Refund Policy

1. Free Workshop

The Data Engineering Workshop (April 18, 2025) is completely free of charge. There is nothing to refund as no payment is required for registration or attendance.

2. Full Program — 7-Day Guarantee

If you enroll in the full 8-week Data Engineering Program (Rs.11,999) and are not satisfied with the quality of training, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the batch start date.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the batch start date
• You must have attended at least one live session
• The request must be made via WhatsApp or email to our support contact

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Refund requests made after 7 days of the batch start date
• Requests from students who have downloaded or accessed all course materials
• No-shows or students who did not attend any sessions
• Requests based on change of mind after the 7-day window

4. Batch Transfer

If you are unable to attend the enrolled batch, you may request a free transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost, up to 48 hours before the batch start date.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (UPI / bank transfer). We will send a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
